Sandra catered for around 100 guests at our wedding on Hogmanay. We would strongly recommend her. The food was absolutely excellent and our guests were very complimentary – especially about her delicious cranachan! Sandra has great taste and is a brilliant cook. In addition, she pays attention to detail and is very conscientious – e.g. making suggestions about things we hadn’t even thought of – this put us at ease on the day as we knew she would have all the details covered. Everything was well executed – the food was served piping hot and on time. She was also very flexible about budget and all sorts of dietary needs, kept in regular contact throughout the year and was reasonably priced. We really could not have hoped for better!

Thanks again for everything – you were really great. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to use you again in the future – or attend an event you are catering so we can enjoy the food at ease!!

We cannot thank Sandra and her team enough for the fantastic service she provided all day at our wedding at Fingask Castle. Sandra was very welcoming and warm during our first meeting and we were so happy with her tasting session she provided. She had great communication through out the process and was so flexible with small changes we needed to make to keep our guests happy.

The staff team at Riverside were all so lovely and professional. They provided a quick and smooth service with our wedding breakfast and our guests were completely stuffed and full of compliments. They all highly raved about the delicious canapés and evening buffet.

Sandra catered for our wedding of 70 guests in April 2012 and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service she provided. Not only was the food fantastic but Sandra is lovely to speak to and did an absolutely amazing job catering to all our vegetarians, children and people with food intolerances! She also did a fantastic job at making suggestions to keep us within our price budget. Our guests were extremely complimentary about the food with many people saying it was the best white chocolate tart EVER! And I would have to agree! We would highly recommend Sandra – guaranteed amazing food, fantastic service and reasonably priced.

Sandra generously put forward her services as part of the ‘win a wedding’ competition which we won. She had to cater for 100 people for the wedding breakfast and 140 for the evening buffet. We had lentil soup for starter, chicken wrapped in Parma ham stuffed with white pudding for our main and chocolate brownie and ice cream for desert. Every course was excellent with a lot of our guests commenting on how fantastic the food was. We had bacon rolls for our evening buffet which also went down a treat. Sandra was excellent on the day and was also extremely flexible in the days leading up to our wedding. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing job you did and would recommend you to anyone who required a caterer!
